• Runs complex projects/programs from design and development to production.

Requirements

• PMP (Project Management Professional) or CITPM Certification is mandatory
• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Engineering, Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5-10 years of project management or IT Management.
• Minimum 3 years experience coordinating and/supporting IT business processes.
• Minimum must have manage at least two previous projects preferably in Government projects
• Previous development experience in either .NET or JAVA is required
• Program/Product Managers require scheduling and budgeting experience.

• Experience in various SAS business intelligence tools, SAS WebDav Server, SAS Business Intelligence Server, SAS Data Integration Server, SAS OLAP Server, SAS Enterprise Miner Server, SAS Metadata Server
• Experience in the installation and configuration of the various SAS server components
• With ability to come up with innovative solutions desired and developing SAS Web Reports and OLAP cubes
• Knowledge of Mainframe system

• Responsible for Pre-sales consulting, Technical Solution and Architecture.
• Work closely with members of sales team in responding to RFP/Tender and application prototyping.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Sciences or related fields
• Minimum of 3 years experience in pre-sales consulting
• Proven presales & consulting accomplishments or track records in solution selling required is an essential
• Solution Architecting experience is a plus
• Must be technically competent with demonstrable knowledge in system design
• Experience in writing technical proposals
• Experience in responding to Government tender is a plus
• In depth project experiences using Microsoft Sharepoint or .Net development
• Preferably Microsoft Certified Professional
• Experience in other tools such as Quest, Avepoint is a plus

• Has good knowledge in MS SQL Server, Oracle and mySQL
• Has good knowledge in Application servers like Sun Glass fish Application Server / Oracle BEA Weblogic Application Server 10
• At least 3 years relevant working experience
